The Experience Economy

So I just attended a talk by, James H. Gilmore, one of the authors of The Experience Economy and he pitched a brilliant idea for solving childhood obesity. Campaign no more Michelle. He said "What if we had to pay a monthly fee for how many calories you can leave the grocery store with within a month?" So maybe on the last day of the month you try and leave with a rotisserie chicken and some apple pie but you only have enough for a stalk of celery. What an idea :)
